ROMAGNA SANGIOVESE SUPERIORE DENOMINAZIONE DI ORIGINE CONTROLLATA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This wine was born about in 2005, from the idea that it is not always necessary to drink a complex, structured wine, but that simplicity and agreability are perfect characteristics for certain lighthearted or relaxing occasions.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hence the name Oddone, borrowed from an 11th century character from Bertinoro, who loved wine and fun. The label bears the \u201ccolonna Delle anella\u201d (the column of rings), ancient symbol of Bertinoro\u2019s hospitality.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Denomination:<\/strong>  Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vineyards:<\/strong>  The grapes come from directly cultivated vineyards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vine growing:<\/strong> 5.000 vines per hectare, cordon spur trained<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grape variety:<\/strong> 100% Sangiovese<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Altitude:<\/strong> 100-200 metres above sea level<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harvesting:<\/strong> from early September<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vinification:<\/strong>  alcoholic  fermentation  in  stainless  steel  vats  under controlled temperature<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maturation:<\/strong> entirely in steel        <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refining:<\/strong>  in bottle for at least 3 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Average<\/strong> production:<\/strong> \u00a020.000 bottles Organoleptic features: ruby-red colour, with pleasant notes of red fruit (cherries) and flowery notes of violet. Intense and persistent, it shows freshness and a distinct nose<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
