ROMAGNA ALBANA SECCO DONOMINAZIONE DI ORIGINE CONTROLLATA E GARANTITA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This wine is for us a return to the past when the Albana was the main grape variety vinified in our Estate . \u201cFrangipane\u201d is the name of the Countess of Bertinoro \u201cAldruda Frangipane\u201d famous for her heroic participation in the defense of Ancona under siege by the German imperial troops.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Denomination:<\/strong> Romagna Albana Secco DOCG<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vineyards:<\/strong> grapes come from vineyards estate owned in San Martino<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vine growing:<\/strong>  4.500 vines per hectare with duplex system and 5.000 vines per hectare with guyot<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grape variety:<\/strong>  100%  Albana<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Altitude:<\/strong> 100-200 metres above sea level<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harvesting:<\/strong> at the beginning of September, after a careful selection in the vineyards, the grapes are hand-picked<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vinification:<\/strong> alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maturation:<\/strong> on\u00a0its fine lees for\u00a05\/6 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refining:<\/strong> in bottle for at least 1 month<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Average production:<\/strong>\u00a0 6.000 bottles<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organoleptic features:<\/strong> Frangipane is a fresh and flavor wine. The color is pale, sign of a wine grape  early ripening . His acidity and flavor  give it a pleasant drinkability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
