ROMAGNA ALBANA SECCO DENOMINAZIONE DI ORIGINE CONTROLLATA E GARANTITA

This wine comes from the desire to make wine from the grapes just as they did once . A search of experiences that belong to us but we have abandoned and forgotten over the years . InTerra made in the land from which the grapes come from, an ancestral wine capable of reconciling our present with the past.

Denomination:  Romagna Albana Secco DOCG

Vineyards:  grapes come from vineyards estate owned in San Martino

Vine growing:  4 .500 vines per hectare with  duplex system and 5.000 viens per hectare with guyot

Grape variety: 100% Albana

Altitude: 100-200 meters above sea level

Harvesting:  at the beginning of September, after a careful selection in the vineyards, the grapes are hand-picked

Vinification:  alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and  maceration on the skins for 6 months in 300-400-600 liters Georgian amphora

Refining: in bottle for at least 3 month  

Average production:  1.300 bottles

Characteristic features: InTerra is an ancestral wine.  The nose perceive aromas due to long maceration. The palate is alive, dense and full-bodied with a strong tannic but pleasant. Vibrant on the final with his austere fruit.
